The Kaneohe Ranch office building was originally constructed in 1939 and was renovated in 2000. The structure has been Ranch headquarters since its construction. Its grounds are surrounded by historic Hala groves, coconut trees, hibiscus, lau‘ae and red ginger. It is included on the State of Hawaii Historic Register for buildings.
