FOUNDATION GRANT TO HELP 200 STUDENTS WITH TUITION AT WINDWARD COMMUNITY COLLEGE Over the next four years, 200 students unable to afford to attend college will get that chance, thanks to a $922,800 Harold K.L. FREE HULA AND MELE SERIES CONTINUES IN KAILUA TOWN The Harold K.L.
